Thank you for visiting this Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden asset library (the “Library”), which is controlled by Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited (“WBSL”), part of the Warner group of companies, including Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Time Warner Inc., and Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited (collectively “Warner Group”). (“we”, “us” and “our”).

The Library is operated by WBSL with the assistance of WTF Creative (“WTF”) in relation to the site hosting the Library (“Site”).

We understand your concerns regarding our use of your personal information. In line with this understanding, we have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to provide you with an explanation of the types of personal information that we are likely to collect in relation to your use of the Library and how we intend to use this information.

The types of personal information we collect and how we collect it

In order to grant you access to the appropriate category of the Library according to your proposed use of Library content, we ask you to provide personal information such as your full name, the name of the organization/society you represent, telephone number and email address, as well as information on the purpose of your use of Library content. This personal information can also be used to contact or identify you, as well as to administer your use of the Library.
On the other hand, where you log-in as an existing account holder, (by providing your username and password where prompted on our home page), personal information is only collected by us where you choose to submit it by completing one of our online forms and/ or writing to WBSL and/or WTF at submissions@wbstudiotour.co.uk. Furthermore, through the use of log files, we will be able to track your usage of the Library and the pages that you visit (see below).

We also collect certain information when you use the Library such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using (e.g., Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android), the domain name of your internet service provider or mobile carrier, and certain usage information.

Use of cookies on this Site

We may also use “cookies”, which are small pieces of information that we send to your computer and which hold information about your browsing session.

We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to analyse trends/administer the Site/track user's movement for our internal Site traffic statistics.

Generally, we will process your personal information when considering your application for access to the Library, when processing your requests and otherwise managing your access account, when reviewing your feedback/survey responses and when responding to your enquiries.

We will not use any of the information that you provide to market our goods and services or those of other companies to you (whether by email or otherwise) without your prior consent. 

Storage of personal information and security measures implemented

Any personal information that we collect via our Site is stored on servers located in the European Union. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational procedures designed to safeguard the information we collect online at the Site and will continue to review and upgrade these measures over time in line with legal and technological developments. However, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will never be used or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

Who your personal information is shared with

Most of your personal information collected via our Site or in relation to your use of the Library will only be accessible to us and our affiliates. However, we may as part of our operations, from time to time need to make some of your information available to professional advisers (such as auditors and legal advisers) and to legal and regulatory authorities (for instance, when responding to an enquiry from a Data Protection Authority), as well as in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, including violation of the Terms of Use, to protect our rights and the rights of others, and as otherwise required by law.

We may transfer information about you in the event of a business transaction or change of control, such as if we or one of our business units or our relevant assets are acquired by, sold to, or merged with another company.

We reserve the right to make changes to and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we choose to make any such changes, the changes will be posted on our Site so that you are always aware of the latest version. We will not use or disclose personally identifiable information provided to us pursuant to this Privacy Policy in ways other than those described above, without informing you and obtaining your consent.
